2. Our Services
Parawild Edu Capture provides educational workshops, wildlife experiences, conservation-focused learning opportunities, and related activities.
Workshop content, schedules, locations, activities, and experiences may vary depending on factors including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Wildlife availability and behaviour
- Seasonal considerations
- Veterinary requirements
- Aircraft or helicopter availability
- Safety considerations
- Operational requirements
We do not guarantee that any specific activity, species, demonstration, or experience will be available during a workshop.
3. Applications and Registration
Participation in certain activities may require an application or registration process.
By submitting an application or registration form, you confirm that:
- Information provided is accurate and complete
- You are legally capable of entering into agreements
- Any medical or safety-related information provided is truthful and current
- You will promptly notify us of any changes to relevant information
We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or cancel participation where necessary for safety, operational, legal, or other reasonable reasons.
4. Participant Responsibilities
Participants agree to:
- Follow all instructions provided by staff, guides, veterinarians, pilots, and authorised personnel
- Comply with safety procedures at all times
- Behave respectfully towards staff, participants, wildlife, and property
- Refrain from actions that may endanger themselves or others
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in removal from an activity without refund where permitted by law.
5. Health and Safety
Wildlife-related activities involve inherent risks.
Participants acknowledge that:
- Wildlife is unpredictable
- Outdoor environments may present hazards
- Activities may involve vehicles, aircraft, veterinary procedures, field operations, and interaction with wild animals
- Injuries, illness, property damage, delays, or other unforeseen events may occur despite reasonable safety precautions
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating in activities and for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, disabilities, or other circumstances that may affect their participation.
6. Assumption of Risk
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, participants voluntarily assume the risks associated with participation in wildlife, conservation, educational, and outdoor activities.
Participation is undertaken at the participant's own risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parawild Edu Capture, its employees, contractors, volunteers, partners, and representatives shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Personal property loss or damage
- Delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- Injuries or losses arising from the inherent risks of wildlife and outdoor activities
Our total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the relevant service, except where prohibited by law.
8. Cancellations and Changes
We reserve the right to:
- Modify workshop schedules
- Substitute activities
- Change venues or locations
- Reschedule events
- Cancel activities where necessary for safety, operational, environmental, or logistical reasons
Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided.
Refund policies, where applicable, will be communicated separately.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, branding, logos, videos, educational materials, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Parawild Edu Capture unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data
